By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Product for:
Personal Use: Editing your own photos/videos for social media or personal archives.
Professional/Commercial Use: Editing photos/videos for clients or commercial projects (e.g., weddings, advertising, stock photography).
2. Restrictions
You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:
Reselling or Redistributing: You may not sell, share, gift, or distribute the raw preset files (.dng, .xmp, .lrtemplate, etc.) to any third party, even if modified.
Derivative Works: You may not create new preset packs based on these files and sell them as your own.
Public Uploads: You may not upload the Product files to any public server, cloud storage, or website where others can download them.
3. Intellectual Property
The Product is the intellectual property of Luca Bozzi (Morphus Audio). This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. All copyrights remain with the Licensor.
4. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. Once the Product has been downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including data loss or software issues, arising from the use of the Product.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Italy.
